"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

Insgesamt eine solide und empfehlenswerte Wahl für einen Kurztrip nach Doha, insbesondere für Reisende, die Wert auf Komfort und ein starkes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legen."

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Al Liwan Suites angenehm. Kleinere Verbesserungspunkte betreffen die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung in einzelnen Bereichen sowie die Lage, da man für die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten ein Transportmittel benötigt. Ohne Uber oder Taxi ist man weniger flexibel, da sich das Hotel nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum befindet. Zudem könnte die Ausstattung in manchen Zimmerdetails moderner gestaltet sein. Dies sind jedoch eher kleinere Punkte und haben den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt ungefähr 20 Minuten Fußmarsch vom nächsten Stand entfern. Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen."

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

Alles Perfekt!

"Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber. Heizung und Wasserdruck haben funktioniert. Das Gebäude wird gerade renoviert, auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung finden Bauarbeiten statt. Abends und morgens haben wir nichts davon gehört. Das Frühstück war vor Ort deutlich günstiger als online angeboten. Das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig und frisch - jedenfalls eine klare Empfehlung."

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass auf der booking.com Seite nicht angegeben war, dass der Bus, wegen der aktuellen Straßenbauarbeiten dort nicht halten kann und umgeleitet wird. Die angegebene Haltestelle existiert derzeit nicht. Ist kein Mangel des Hotels, hat uns aber ziemlich geärgert.

Leider ist die Küche nur dürftig ausgestattet. Pfanne,Kochtopf, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Schüsseln. Keine Messer, Toaster, Sieb. Aber Micro und Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Eisfach.

Es war nichts schlechtes dabei

"Super Anlage zum entspannen und um einfach die Ruhe zu genießen. Alles ist grün schöner kleiner Strand und liegemöglichkeitensind vorhanden. Das Personal war auch super freundlich und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich konnte leider erst einen Tag später anreisen wegen einem Fulgausfall. Und die erste Nacht haben sie mir garnicht berechnet. Immer wieder gern wenn ich da bin Top Team."

Das wlan war sehr hackelig und funktioniert eher schlecht. Aber das war jetzt kein großer Minuspunkt.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

"Zum zweiten Mal im Premier Hotel. Ruhige zentrumsnahe Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fussläufig erreichbar. 24-Stunden Rezeption mit freundlichem englischsprechendem Personal. Das gebuchte EZ in der oberen Etage war sehr gross, mit AC (gut funktionierend), Minibar, Zimmersafe und Flat-TV ausgestattet. Das Bad (mit Badewanne) sollte aber mal renoviert und auch besser gereinigt werden. Wenig Ablageflächen im Bad. Schnelles WLan war überall im Haus vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht umfangreich und Fehlendes wurde schnell nachgelegt. Auch auf der schönen Terrasse kann gefrühstückt werden. Das Premier Hotel verfügt über eine kostenlose Tiefgarage – sehr interessant auch für Motorradreisende, die ihre Maschine sicher abstellen möchten. Ein Lift führt aus der TG zur Rezeption und den oberen Etagen."

Das in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnte Restaurant existiert nach wie vor nicht. Der Badewannen/Duscheinstieg in dem gebuchten EZ war sehr hoch, die Schiebetüren total verkalkt, Abfluss mit Haaren.

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

"Die Zimmer waren gross und schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir hatten sogar eine private Terasse. Der Garten ist atemberaubend. Die ganze Unterkunft ist mit vielen Pflanzen geschmückt und man fühlt sich wie in einem kleinen Urwald. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight des Tages. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt."

Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Alles war wunderbar. Immer wieder gerne.
