Landhäuser in Kambodscha

"Die Lage ist super. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Santa Elena und in 10 Minuten in San Ignacio. Der Ausblick von unserer Terrasse war wunderschön. Luis hat sich um alles gekümmert von der Buchung von Touren, über das Waschen unserer Kleidung bis hin zu Reservierungen in Restaurants für den Abend. Die Villa war sehr komfortabel, picobello sauber, WLAN ging sehr gut, Klimaanlage auch sehr gut und leise. Wir konnten auch den Pool am Haupthaus nutzen. Es war rundum perfekt."

Nichts. Es war alles absolut fantastisch. Für alle, die keine Hunde mögen, empfehle ich eine der kleinen Villen zu mieten. Im Haupthaus wohnen 7 Hunde, die zwar bellen, aber nichts tun. Wer das nicht mag, sollte nicht im Haupthaus buchen.

The curtains in the property do not provide black out in the bedrooms.

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Der Gastgeber hat uns zu den außergewöhnlichen Steinzeichnungen auf dem Hochplateau begleitet. Das Zimmer ist rustikal zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zu einem sehr günstigen Preis besteht die Möglichkeit, im eigenen Restaurant im Ort hervorragend zu essen."

"Eine wirkliche Top Aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Liebe diese Unterkunft.."

Bissle Steig am Berg. Aber die super Aussieht hält die Waage wieder gerade.

"Prado es una persona excelente, hemos disfrutado de nuestro viaje de ocio y hemos tenido algo más que un alojamiento, hemos tenido un hogar. Se ha preocupado en todo momento que estemos lo más agusto posible, y nos ha encantado todas las comodidades que tiene la casa, ha sido muy cercana y eso lo valoramos mucho, nosotros vamos a repetir, superaron nuestras expectativas, así que si estás en duda, entre dos alojamientos, ni te lo pienses, ven a la Casa de Campo de Prado."

"Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer waren sauber, die Sauna war ein Traum! Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, die Lage (wenn man Einsamkeit schätzt!) super, die Besitzer sehr freundlich! Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass man lange Autofahrten in Kauf nehmen muss wenn man zB in ein Lebensmittelgeschäft möchte. , ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,"

Leider waren sie überbucht, heißt wir bekamen nicht das von uns gebuchte Apartment für 4 Personen (wofür wir auch bezahlten), sondern zwei Doppelzimmer.

"Die Lage im Grünen , sehr ruhig. Zimmer sehr geräumig. Frühstück grosszügig. Dinner sehr gut und nicht teurer als in anderen Restaurants."

Für meinen Geschmack fehlendes Obst und Yoghurt und Müsli bei Frühstück. Bin vegetarisch, daher habe ich gerne auch Käse zum Frühstück. Wanne statt Dusche.

"Wunderschöne alte hacienda. Ich hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einem riesigen Bad. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant."

"This is not a standard hotel or gite or whatever, this is a special place. Expect no luxury here, this is not what Karims guesthouse is about. It is about being in a small village and in nature. Basically, this is as close to a home stay as you can book on Booking. You can choose a room or the stilted house (recommended) in a garden full of interesting plants. Your water comes from a well or the river, your coffee directly from the bushes around you, and the food from...actually I don't know where, but it is amazing. One of the Kpime waterfalls is just a short, but nice walk away, and you can roam the village or take a long walk to Yikpa waterfall (~4 h one way). And when you come back, you lay in a hammock with a fresh and local cocoa or sit in the garden. And the best, you don't need to be in Kpalime, with all the chaos, noise, and smells. Although it is something different, I really enjoyed my stay. Karim is a fantastic host and La montagne verde exactly my type of stay."

Just be aware what you are booking, and there is nothing negative about it.

"Most wonderful place! I feels like traveling back in time. The place has a big, well kept garden with great views over the mountains. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The Manager was taking good care of me, showing me the surroundings a visited the tea factory with me. Very nice person! Also the cook was great. I will definately come back!"

No fault of property but local drains were smelling. Would benefit from a washing machine.
