"The property is as super clean, modern and beautifully designed. All fittings are of good quality and very comfortable beds. The flat is of good size, with large bedrooms and good sized well equipped kitchen. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy and there is plenty of room of store all of your belongings. We will most definitely be staying here again."

Matratzen der Betten für mein Empfinden zu weich 2 Kühlschränke waren eingeschaltet, von denen nur einer richtig funktionierte (1 hätte vollkommen ausgereicht -- Stromkosten) Nähe an der Hauptstraße könnte störend für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf sein

"The host was super nice, she even helped me out to find locations in the city, the house was very clean, quiet and comfy. I would totally recommend it to everyone, i also want to mention that the house is historical. Would totally come back❤️❤️"

"Dal momento in cui siamo entrati nella struttura ci siamo subito sentiti a casa. La sig.ra Gina incarna l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza che ogni ospite desidera ricevere; empatica e mai invadente, generosa nel donarsi, attenta e cordiale. Camere, ambienti comuni interni e giardino sono molto curati, la pulizia impeccabile. Io sono vegana e a colazione mi sono sentita più che accolta. Grazie per averci regalato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con affetto."

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

Nothing. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs - and I’m not used to the altitude, but that’s not the property’s fault.

"Die Eigentümer waren super lieb und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich auch als alleine Reisende sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war in einem tadellosen Zustand und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zwar nicht in direkter Lauf-Nähe, aber dafür ein sehr süßes Café und ein paar Restaurants sowie ein 7Eleven, man ist also in jedem Fall versorgt."
