"The view, the house and the sea is unimaginably beautiful. The stairs take you down directly into the sea, and its swimming distance to many of the beaches around. The host is great and it' s easy to communicate. There is wifi, a big plus. Honestly, it's a dream to stay here, it's quiet and calm, relaxing with hammocks and shaded areas, easy to cook together and enjoy."

The road to the house is more of a gravel path most of the time, with a few steep sides.. its really beautiful, also a bit frightening to walk down at first, especially when carrying luggage and bringing kids and so. However, you get really used to it after some trips to the restaurants and small shops. Power outage was rather common mid-day during our stay, maybe it's different during high season. This is just the way it is in this area, and has nothing to do with the house or the host, it's just something to be mindful of. Bring a powerbank 😀

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Tag wie Zuhause gefühlt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt . Wir würden immer wieder kommen und vermissen es jetzt schon sehr . Bitte wieder ein Sonnensegel über dem Jakuzee anbringen...der Sonnenbrand war leider nicht zu vermeiden 🙈

"Tolle, saubere Bungalows mit Blick aufs Meer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Besitzerin und ihr Mann sind super freundlich. Mit Bus oder Taxi ist man schnell in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Unterkunft liegt ein Schiffswrack im Wasser. Man kann dort gut schnorcheln!"

Es hatte einige Hunde in der Umgebung, die jedoch sehr zahm und freundlich waren. Das ist aber nicht für alle angenehm.

Food can be a little better. Veg Sandwich had little veggies and too much mayonnaise.

3泊したのですがタオルが2泊分しか無かったのでちょっと残念でした。

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"Top ist die Anlage, der Park mit Pool. Selten so was schönes gesehen. Auch die Unterkunft mit Pool ist toll. Butlerservice ein Gewinn. Milan, der Butler sehr gut, Lob."

Küche sehr gut. Portionen müssen zulegen.

"Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Gemeinschaftsküche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Straße."

Das Dreibettzimmer, zuzüglich separatem Raum mit Sofa und Tisch, befindet sich im Kellergeschoss mit sehr niedriger Deckenhöhe.

"Außergewöhnliche Lage, direkt am Meer auf der Insel Atauro. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und professionelles Tauchteam. Wir hatten "Halbpension" (Frühstück und Abendessen), normalerweise bucht man man mit Lunch. Jeweils ein kleines Buffet, ausreichend und schmackhaft. Eigentlich für Taucher und Schnorchler prädestiniert, kann man dort aber auch eine sehr ruhige Auszeit verbringen."

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"
